We only employ the best and after an extensive training programme we look to integrate our manned guarding teams into our clients’ businesses. We recognise that in our endeavour to raise the level of security at each site it is important that we do not negatively impact on our clients’ operational activities.
Performance Monitoring
Ongoing performance management, detailed analysis of results, standardised processes for problem solving, employee empowerment and a structured training programme, all contribute to an increase in the value of our offering to clients during the lifetime of a contract. Having agreed service levels at the commencement of a contract, our manned guarding teams provide a powerful deterrent and generally exceed expectations with their response to threats in protection of client’s property, personnel and assets.
Guarding Gold Award
Unipart Security Solutions was the first company in the UK to attain both the National Security Inspectorate’s ‘Guarding Gold Award’ and the security industry authority’s 'Approved Contractor Scheme’ Award, using the NSI passport route.
We recognise that the industry has often been let down by poor management of contracts. Our Regional Managers focus on fewer sites within a small geographical area to maximise service levels, with a Regional Manager always available to deal immediately with on-site problems.
