Colin Moore – Managing Director Unipart Security Solutions Ltd Following a distinguished career in the Police service, Colin has held several high profile positions in the commercial sector including; Security Director for Federal Express, Head of Global Security at Tibbet and Britten and Head of Security for DHL Exel supply chain. In addition to his role as Managing Director of Unipart Security Solutions, Colin is also Head of Security for the Unipart Group. The experience Colin gained as an end user and a buyer of security services, has equipped him with the ability to appreciate how a client’s security provision should dovetail with their operational requirements and deliver against their expectations. |

Andy Perry - Director of Electronic Solutions Andy joined Unipart Security in the summer of 2010 to head up the Electronic Solutions side of the business. He is a knowledgeable and seasoned professional with over 18 years experience of the security market.

Sara Pinnington – Human Resources Manager Sara joined Unipart Security from Unipart Group and has been instrumental in establishing the company’s procedures. She heads up the team responsible for recruitment, screening, employee relations, training, continuous improvement and ensuring that Security Officers meet the required licensing criteria. She also takes responsibility for transferring employees when Unipart Security has won new contracts, giving her extensive TUPE experience. |

John Gerard-Pearse – Financial Controller John joined Unipart Security in 2009, bringing with him extensive experience from within the security industry. He is responsible for all aspects of invoicing, cost control and financial analysis of Unipart Security’s performance. |

Dave Razzell - Operations Manager, Electronics Solutions Division Dave has worked within the electronic security industry for over 33 years, Prior to joining Unipart Security he was Commercial Manager for a regional security provider, having previously worked for 17 years for Chubb Fire & Security. Dave has responsibility for the operational efficiency of Monitoring & Response Centre in Oxford. In addition to managing customer care and customer intimacy programmes, Dave also maintains close working relationships with our technology partners and provides input on our monitoring strategy. |

Tim Backhouse - Monitoring & Response Centre Manager Tim’s expertise in managing an alarm receiving centre has been acquired over a 20 year career within the electronic security industry. Tim has worked for a number of leading security service providers, including Securitas where he was Operations Supervisor. Tim is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Monitoring & Response Centre and a key part of that responsibility is the supervision and support of our highly trained and motivated team of operators. |

Les Ramsden – Sales Manager Monitoring Services Les who joined Unipart Security at the beginning of 2008 has worked within the electronic security industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Unipart Security, Les was Sales Manager for Farsight Security. With a reputation for always ensuring his customers receive the best service possible, Les has the experience to be able to advise a new customer on the best way to improve their security provision. Reporting to Andy Perry, Director of Unipart Security’s Electronic Solutions, Les is responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of services including intruder, fire and CCTV system monitoring, asset and vehicle tracking, lone worker protection, manned security management and a 24 hour support desk. |

Simon Jennings – Sales Manager Monitoring Services Simon’s career within the security industry spans 17 years. Prior to joining Unipart Security, he was the Control Room Manager for an intruder alarm and CCTV monitoring centre and he has also previously worked for the alarm receiving centre divisions of two well known system integrators. Working alongside Les Ramsden, Sales Manager for the South of England, and reporting to Andy Perry, Director of Unipart Security’s Electronic Solutions, Simon is responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of services including intruder, fire and CCTV system monitoring, asset and vehicle tracking, lone worker protection, manned security management and a 24 hour support desk.
