One key element available to all Unipart Security Solutions customers is our digital remote monitoring station.  This purpose built centre at Unipart's Oxford headquarters accepts CCTV images, alarm signals, personal attack calls, fault reports, vehicle tracking and other digital inputs from any site that has an IP address with broadband or network connectivity.

Through Hawkeye, USS can provide a range of standard services as part of a larger security package.  In some instances, Hawkeye’s additional and bespoke services may be required to ensure security levels are maintained.

Site Survey

We always conduct a client site visit to discuss requirements, including appropriate positions for cameras and movement sensors.

Alarm Response

Alarm activations are processed and the cause is immediately investigated to allow the appropriate action to be taken for the specific site.

Data Backup

Hawkeye provides a back up service for any client data for up to 30 days.

Password Management

Unique passwords are issued to clients and are changed on regularly.

Fault Escalation

Clients are notified of any faults identified in the system that may affect the service.

System Checks

Comprehensive, daily checks are carried out to confirm the serviceability and integrity of the complete Hawkeye system.
